This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on tribana.in, including products offered under the brands Tribana, Subarnarekha, and Boutiqart.

Tribana and Boutiqart are owned and operated by Idearcade Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IDSPL).
At tribana.in, we strive to deliver authentic tribal, organic, and handcrafted products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of natural and handmade products, our refund and return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with product integrity and hygiene standards.
A return or refund may be initiated only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order
The package is tampered or visibly damaged upon arrival
To be eligible:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of damage/issue (photos or videos) must be provided
Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect:
Food products, organic honey, ghee, oils, spices, and consumables (if opened or used)
Handmade or artisanal products with natural variations
Custom-made or personalized products
Bulk or B2B orders
Gift cards or digital services
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

Please include:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return/refund
Clear images or video of the product and packaging
Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
If the request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, bank transfer, etc.)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products
In some cases, we may offer:
Replacement of the product, or
Store credit / coupon, instead of a direct refund
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@tribana.in.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Check your bank account or payment method again
Contact your bank or payment provider

Many products sold on tribana.in are:
Naturally sourced
Handmade by tribal communities
Organic and minimally processed
Therefore, slight variations in:
Color, texture, aroma, taste, or appearance
are natural and do not qualify as defects or reasons for return/refund.
Tribana.in reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any return/refund request
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
